(Make a dish containing at least 3 of the monthly mystery ingredients--Scallops, Tarragon, Sour Cream, Walnuts, Capers, Asparagus, White Beans, Gruyere, Yeast, and Rice. (Make any magnificent Jacques Pépin French dish!)  

April 27th-May 3rd: IHCC April Potluck!  
(Cook any Jacques Pépin dish or make a recipe from ANY former IHCC chef!)

May 4th-12th: L'Oeuf Incroyable! (The Incredible Egg!)
(Cook a Jacques Pépin dish featuring or including eggs!) 

(Make a dish containing at least 3 of the monthly mystery ingredients--Brie, Crab, Chives, Strawberries (fresh, frozen or dried), Breadcrumbs, Pecans, Green Beans, Vinegar, Vanilla, and Puff Pastry. May 18th-24th: In Honor of Deb --Potluck
(Potluck to honor IHCC host Deb's Mom--make any dish from any IHCC Chef) 


May 25th-31st: IHCC May Potluck!

June 1st-7th: Fromage S'il Vous Plait! (Cheese If You Please!)

(A celebration of the five classic mother sauces: Sauce Bechamel, Sauce Espagnole, Sauce Veloute, Sauce Hollandaise, and Sauce Tomate) 

July 27th- August 2nd: July Potluck!

August 3rd- August 9th: Reveille-toi! (Get Out of Bed!)
(Cook any Jacques Pépin breakfast or brunch recipe)

Make a dish containing at least 3 of the monthly mystery ingredients--Any Red Fruit, , Corn, Tortillas, Skirt or Flank Steak, Oregano, Heavy Cream, Goat Cheese, Pumpkin Seeds, Baby/Fingerling Potatoes, and Caramel/Cajeta.
